Have other Avanti owners faced this same vexing problem? The chimes or "fat belly" on the Coors keg does not fit inside the Avanti? Is there a cheap fix?
I'm afraid if I shove it in, I'll just crack the walls of the kegerator unit -- then -- no more kegerator.

If you can get coors at a liquor store near you, I would think you could just ask them who their distributor is. Right? I think EVERY Avanti owner has this problem. That's why everytime you see one advertised, there is a "Please Note: This beer dispenser does not accomodate Coors or other oversieded beer kegs" disclaimer. There is no fix, other than buying a different kegerator.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
