Default No pumps with mixed gas?

does the higher pressure setting associated with mixed gas eliminate the need for beer pumps? A customer's remote system has pumps running about 120 ft. Pressures are about 20-25 PSI. Would using beer gas be enough to propel the beer to the faucets? (assuming the NO2 would not be absorbed into the beer). Am I correct in assuming that with applied pressure of mixed gas(60% CO2/ 40% NO2) @ 23 PSI , it would be equal to using 13.8 PSI of CO2 only? The customer would love to get rid of the pumps; He's missing a few anyways. Any clarification would help tremendously. Thanks!
