Any refrigeration contractor worth their salt can install the condensing unit wherever you need, on the wall, on the floor or in another room.

If you go to the link I provided above & then click on 'Customer Service' you can get an online quote form that should be able to give you an idea of costs involved.

I would think 6x10 is big enough depending how many flavors you want.
