I would say no. It's not like Yuengling is prohibited in your state, it just isn't distributed there. It's a business decision of the manufacturers of Yuengling on where they want to distribute. But I doubt it's illegal. I was planning to do the same thing with Fat Tire. I can't get it in Indiana, but I can get it in Illinois. After my Guinness keg, I plan to go with Fat Tire.
Anyone think otherwise?
