I have a friend who works for the local Pepsi company, and they handle BIB systems. If Im thinking right, the fittings are the same. He has a supplier he uses called Beverage Clean. They have a pre-mixed solution in the bag. He just hooks it up to the fitting, and runs it through. It also goes through the guns with no trouble. The company also has a series manifold you can hook it up to multiple products, while using the same bag of cleaner. Pretty neat system to watch!
