I originally wanted the Perlick kegerator, but with shipping it would have been $1500. too $$$ for me, I looked @ the Haier units, was told there had been thermostat issues with those. I settled on the Sears Kenmore unit, holds 1/4 & 1/2 barrels, easy to assemble and have no issues with it. Great cold suds @ my fingertips [
