UP AND RUNNING

I have my chest freezer set up to take two 1/2 barrels and one 1/6, "or anyware in between. The temp issue I had at first was from my lack of having any kegs in the freezer to stabolize a proper temp, causing my liquid oasis to freeze. Since I put in empty kegs to regulate the temp the problem is solved. My digital thermostat set point is 36 with the differential set at 34 cooling to 34 and kicking back on at 36,"like clockwork".
I've went through a 1/6 of killians in 2 days, "with some help".
My full 1/2 of guinness is coming in on Thursday.

At first my towers were cool but not cold, so I needed a blower to cool them, I bought the "up to 15 ft" size since I have future plans of an outside tiki bar,"nothing like sweating stainless steel". Word to the wise, dont let the blower pipe take up the whole hole to the tower, make the tubing smaller to allow air to exit. I did that first and the tower was cooler than before but not real cold. I than decreased the pipe to allow air to exit, now the tower is sweaty!!!
I also have a 1/6 of Amberbock coming in . My setup has two towers, one with 2 taps and the other is a single tap for a total of 3 selections. If someone can tell me how to set up some pics, i will.


Im sure i will be fine tuning my system, here and there, for different selections, but my main will be guinness. Looking forward to a milk like mustash, and also asking the micro pros for specifics.

p/s i orderd my blower at about 2 in the morning on wednsday nite "thursday morning" and opend the box on friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
