Coors should be poured at 38 degrees and 16 psi at sea level. I would search this forum for "calibrating a thermometer" and do so to insure an accurate reading. Also, be sure that you are getting the liquid temperature and not the air inside the cooler. Definately sounds like a temperature/pressure issue.
