Default Help with a cooling problem

OK, I've set up a remote tap system - I'll post a photo. I have a small fridge in a kitchen cabinet about 5 ft from the taps, (on the lower left in the photo) but the fridge can't cool enough - probably because it doesn't have enough air circulation for the heat to dissipate inside the cabinet. I can't keep the temp down to serving temp.

I'm also running a little squirrel cage fan to cool the lines in a 2" pipe - typical set up - but I wonder if the fan motor isn't creating heat inside the fridge thats adding to my problems.

SOOO - I'm wondering if I should use a remote cooling condenser/coil of some kind - somehow route the cold air into my fridge (not using its compressor, which I'm thinking is under-powered)... or maybe build and insulated box to use in place of the little fridge?

Space is very limited - no room for a kegerator or similar, as I only have about 21" x 30" space in the cabinet....

Ideas?
