Of course, I would attach a hose or pipe from the output of the blower to the tower. The blower only costs about 20 bucks and seems to be the best option with the least modifications needed.

Ahh yes, the notorious bilge blower. My opinion is that those things move WAAAY too much air and from my experience with boats, will make a fair amount of noise as well. I thought about using one of those for about five minutes myself, but quickly changed my mind. The lowest rated one mentioned on the link you provided still moves over 100CFM. The blower I have installed in my kegerator is rated at 15CFM and is more than enough. Don't do it. There's plenty of other inexpensive solutions that the guys here have come up with.
