Default Same ol' question.

I have read quite a few of the prior posts/questions. Haven't been able to quite get it right.

New Kenmore Kegerator, temp is right at 36 degrees, beer temp is 36-38. I did install a tower cooler.
I'm in Florida, so my Alt. is pretty much sea level.
Co2 pressure is at 11.
Stock length line.

The tower (since the blower install) has a lot of condensation on it.
The first pour is mostly foam. The second pour is nice, and 36-38 degrees.

Yesterday the beer was right at 32 degrees, and the foam had the look of a root beer float, and took a while to dissipate.

Warmed up the kegerator, beer temp is now back to 36-38, first pour is mostly foam.

Beer is good. Wait 5 minutes....same thing.
Kinda lost right now.

Do I need to get some sort of insulation inside of the tower (symptoms are warm beer in line???),

Do I need to get a stronger blower (using a cpu cooler fan about 33 cfm +/-).

Do I need a longer line?

Do I know what I'm talking about? (probably not).

Sorry about beating the dead horse, thought I'd figure it out by reading all of the foam posts....
