Cleaning every two weeks is what most bars follow. Just untap the keg, tap the cleaning pot, run the solution then flush it back out with beer. I break the facuet down and clean it while the solution is in the lines. Only thing you could really screw up would be a series where you pump solution into another keg if you taped the wrong one...but who's ever seen a series on a kegerator anyway?!
